Meet Victoria Templeman owner of Maison Victoire

I originally came to the French Alps in the 90s to ski… then, many years later was tempted to L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, discovered by my antique dealer father. I moved here in 2006 and founded Maison Victoire the following year. I now live near Lagnes with a Border Terrier and a Rhodesian Ridgeback
We are estate agents; a happy team of 11, half French, half British, all bilingual. Our head office is in Cabrieres d’Avignon between Gordes and L’Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and we operate throughout the Vaucluse. We specialise in giving top levels of service to international clients. We answer emails, dress smartly, turn up on time, and believe in complete transparency. Likewise, we tell you the truth about our properties – with the help of modern marketing tools like virtual viewings, floor-plans, HD and drone photography – and explain what’s going on throughout the buying process.
We’re enjoying a buoyant market and super growth, and have seen our turnover triple in the last few years. Feel free to call for any help or advice!

Meet Keryn Webster

I am Keryn Webster and with my husband Kerrin, we are a couple of enterprising and itinerant Kiwis. We left our homeland New Zealand back in 2003 for 12 months for sporting reasons and to partly explore the other side of the world.

Those plans didn’t quite work out, and before we knew it we were caught up in what Europe had to offer and decided to stay.

Serendipity plays a significant part in what was to happen next. Always keen to see a new part of the world we managed to book ourselves into Mas Saint Antoine where we got to know the owners better, we immediately hit it off and as a consequence, we were offered the opportunity to manage the Mas the following season. It seemed too wonderful an offer to turn down.

Thus, the twelve months were spent becoming fully acquainted both with the beautiful part of Southern France in which we were now residing and discovering what it takes to cater for the needs of a variety of guests from different parts of the world over the course of a year. Mas Saint Antoine obviously got into our bloodstream because, two and a half years later, when the business came up for sale we set about finding the funding for what is now our home and business.

Mas Saint Antoine is in a rural location but is on the edge of a small village – Rognonas. One of the appealing facets of Mas Saint Antoine is that so many of those who book have holidayed here before – the perfect recommendation that previous customers have been more than satisfied. Past clients encouraging friends and family to come and see the Mas for themselves – living and working here has given us the opportunity to make many

wonderful friends from around the world. As we sleep up to 24 it is an ideal place if you want to celebrate those special birthdays with friends or have a family reunion. We cater to companies bringing small or large groups for cooking, photography, art, history, wine etc.

“Mas Saint Antoine” is a 17th-century property, the Mas or Farmhouse along with the outbuildings have been renovated & converted into 7 fully equipped self-catering gîtes, a selection of choice for every traveller on every budget. Set on 2/3rds of an acre amidst open fields & orchards in Rognonas between Avignon and St-Rémy-de-Provence; ideally situated for exploring all the best that Provence has to offer with no greater drive than 60 mins to see it all. Our grounds have been landscaped into themed gardens and include a shared 12 x 6m swimming pool, summer house, pond with waterfall, 300-year-old olive trees and several secluded seating areas dotted around the gardens. The village of Rognonas is an easy 10 min walk to many bakeries, supermarket with boucherie, traiteur, wine bar, pizza takeaway, post office, pharmacy and numerous restaurants.
