In this meeting Raina Stinson  an international award-winning photographer. She worked as a psychiatric nurse for 34 year and is a trained energy healer and a teacher of meditation and mindfulness. She has integrated her years of meditation and mindfulness into her art of photography.
Raina will present how she uses photography as a daily meditation and how it has opened her ability to see what is around her in a deeper way and increased her creativity. She will share with you some of her techniques to encourage you to be more mindful throughout your day and how you can use your mobile phone on a daily basis to open to your own creativity and slow down to enjoy the simple things in life.

This will be followed by networking and refreshments

Introducing Nora Jaccaud: a content creator known for her short film series Human Postcards, produced in collaboration with France Télévision. Nora has worked with a diverse range of clients worldwide to help them authentically share their identity. Her work focuses on telling compelling stories that highlight the beauty of human experiences and foster empathy across cultures. Join Nora as she shares insights into the power of true listening in her upcoming talk. This will be followed by networking and refreshments
